Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (the "Offer") is a contract between you (the "Buyer") and the Seller for the purchase of digital goods on this website. Placing an order means you accept this Offer in full.

1. General provisions

This Offer is a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of Ukraine. It is addressed to any person who wishes to buy the digital goods offered on this website.

The Seller is an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine; the full details are given in the "Seller details" section below and in the footer of every page.

The Buyer accepts the Offer by placing an order on the website and paying for it. From that moment a contract is concluded on the terms of this Offer.

2. Definitions

• Seller - the individual entrepreneur named in the "Seller details" section.
• Buyer - any person who accepts this Offer and places an order.
• Goods - digital goods: game accounts, in-game currency and top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions and product keys.
• Order - the Buyer's request for Goods placed through the website.
• Website - this online store and its subpages.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to supply the digital Goods chosen by the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept them and pay the price shown at the time of ordering.

All Goods are digital. Nothing is shipped physically; everything is delivered electronically. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and the Seller is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers whose products are listed.

4. Placing an order

The Buyer chooses Goods, adds them to the cart, provides a delivery email address and any details needed to deliver the product, and confirms the order. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address and of any other details provided.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order if the Goods cannot be supplied, if the order looks fraudulent, or if the Buyer breaches this Offer or the Terms of Service.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown on the product page at the moment the order is placed.

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa and Mastercard bank cards processed through the WayForPay payment service, and PayPal. The full, current list is on the Payment and Delivery page.

Payments are processed by the payment providers (WayForPay, PayPal). Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never seen or stored by the Seller. An order is considered paid once the payment provider confirms the payment.

6. Delivery of the Goods

Goods are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Buyer at checkout, usually within minutes and in any case within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery is available worldwide; there is no geographic restriction and no physical delivery, courier or pickup. Delivery is free of charge unless stated otherwise on the product page.

If the Seller cannot deliver an order for any reason, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Buyer must provide accurate details, keep order references safe, use the Goods lawfully and not resell, share or redistribute them.

The Seller must supply the Goods paid for, keep the records needed to support the order, and protect the Buyer's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds and cancellation

The conditions and procedure for refunds and for cancelling a transaction are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this Offer.

Because the Goods are digital, they cannot be returned once they have been delivered and work as described. A full refund is made if the Seller cannot deliver the order, if the wrong product is delivered, or if a duplicate payment is taken. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount the Buyer paid for that order.

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a publisher banning, suspending or withdrawing a service, for the Buyer's misuse of a product, or for failures of payment providers, banks or telecommunications networks outside the Seller's control.

10. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data only as needed to take payment, deliver the order, provide support and meet legal obligations. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

11. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, and outages of the internet, payment or hosting providers.

12. Term, changes and disputes

This Offer takes effect when published and remains in force until the Seller replaces it. The Seller may amend the Offer; the version in force at the time of the order applies to that order.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
