Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.

1. What we sell

AccVault sells digital goods: game accounts, top-ups and in-game currency, gift cards, subscriptions and product keys. Nothing is shipped physically. Everything you buy is delivered electronically.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken through PayPal at the moment you order. The price you pay is the price shown on the product page at the time you place the order; we do not change prices retrospectively.

We confirm an order only once PayPal has confirmed the payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled and nothing is delivered.

3. Delivery

Delivery details for your order are shown on screen and in your order confirmation. Keep your order reference: it is the fastest way for us to find your order if you need help.

4. Accounts and credentials

Where a product is delivered by applying a change to an account you own, you are responsible for supplying correct login details and for keeping them secure. Do not send credentials in public chats, support tickets or reviews.

Where a product is a full account, you are responsible for everything done with that account after delivery, including any activity that breaches the publisher's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share or redistribute anything you buy here, and you may not use any product to break a publisher's terms, to cheat, or to harm another player. We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe breaches this section.

6. Intellectual property

All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. AccVault is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers whose products we list.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including losses caused by a third-party publisher changing or withdrawing a service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it; the date at the top of this page tells you which version that is.
