Payment and Delivery

How you pay, and how the goods reach you. Everything here is digital - there is nothing to ship.

1. Payment methods

The methods available to you are shown at checkout. If a method is unavailable for your order, the checkout will not offer it.

2. Currency and taxes

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. The amount you pay is the amount shown on the product page when you place the order.

3. How an order is placed

  1. Choose the goods and add them to the cart.
  2. Open the cart and enter the email address the order should be delivered to, plus any details needed to deliver it.
  3. Pay with a card through WayForPay or with PayPal.
  4. We confirm the payment and deliver the order to your email.

4. Delivery method

All goods are digital and are delivered electronically by email to the address given at checkout. There is no physical delivery, no courier service and no pickup point.

5. Delivery time

Orders are delivered automatically, usually within minutes of the payment being confirmed, and in any case no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation. If something needs manual handling you will be contacted at the same email address.

6. Delivery area

Delivery is available worldwide. There is no list of restricted cities or countries, because nothing is shipped physically; the only requirement is that you can receive email at the address you provide.

7. Delivery cost

Delivery is free. The price on the product page is the full amount you pay; no separate shipping fee is added at checkout.

8. Refunds and cancellation

If an order cannot be delivered, or a payment is duplicated, it is refunded in full. The conditions and the procedure are in the Refund Policy.
